Client Coordinator

Airtraffic is a video production company supporting clients in the video game industry. We are seeking a contract Client Coordinator to help manage day-to-day client-facing communications: uploading deliverables, routing feedback, answering questions, and acting as a primary point of contact. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and relationships simultaneously. This is not a sales role.

The Work:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients across multiple concurrent projects
• Send clients regular status updates and deliverables on schedule
• Collect, clarify, and route feedback to internal teams accurately and in a timely manner
• Flag client concerns, risks, or scope questions to the correct internal stakeholders
• Keep communication organized and easy to track across all active client accounts
• Maintain internal documentation for client processes and preferences

You:

• Have strong English skills, both written and spoken
• Love playing video games
• Love talking to and collaborating with other people
• Have experience managing client relationships or accounts, ideally at a creative agency
• Have a working understanding of video editing and graphic design processes
• Can communicate clearly and professionally, both written and spoken
• Have experience using Notion, Slack, Asana, Wrike, Jira, or similar business tools
• Are able to relay feedback between two parties without losing nuance or important details
• Can manage multiple projects and communication threads at once without issue
• Have a fast and reliable internet connection
