Client Coordinator

Airtraffic is a video production company supporting clients in the video game industry. We are seeking a contract Client Coordinator to help manage day-to-day client communications: uploading deliverables, routing feedback, and acting as a point of contact. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to balance multiple projects with different workflows. This is not a sales role.

The Work:

• Deliver assets and updates to clients in a timely manner
• Collect, clarify, and route feedback to internal teams
• Flag client concerns, risks, or scope questions to the correct internal stakeholders
• Keep communication organized and easy to track across all delivery platforms
• Maintain internal documentation for client processes and preferences
• Serve as a primary or secondary point of contact for various clients located around the world

You:

• Love playing video games
• Love talking to and collaborating with other people
• Have experience in client/customer-facing roles
• Have a working understanding of video editing and graphic design processes
• Can communicate clearly and professionally, both written and spoken
• Have experience using project management tools like Notion, Asana, Wrike, or similar
• Are able to relay feedback between two parties without losing nuance or important details
• Can manage multiple projects and communication threads at once without issue
• Have a fast and reliable internet connection
