Apply at UnderCurrentCampaign Manager (2 openings) — UnderCurrent
Location: Los Angeles, CA Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
UnderCurrent is hiring two Campaign Managers to work directly with our co-founders, supporting the social media creators they manage. In this role, you'll help execute brand partnerships from pitch to payment, keep creator content calendars and campaigns on track, and handle the day-to-day logistics that let our co-founders focus on growing their creators' careers. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants hands-on experience in influencer marketing and talent management, working closely with leadership from day one.
What You'll Do
- Manage brand partnership campaigns end-to-end: coordinating deliverables, timelines, content approvals, and posting schedules between creators and brand partners
- Serve as a key point of contact for brand partners and creators throughout a campaign, flagging issues early and keeping everyone aligned
- Support the co-founders in building and maintaining creator content calendars, helping plan out original content alongside sponsored deliverables
- Handle scheduling and logistics for creators, including coordinating shoots, calls, travel, and other day-to-day career needs
- Track campaign performance and deliverables against contracts, and help prepare recaps and reporting for brand partners
- Help identify and organize new brand partnership opportunities alongside the co-founders
- Jump in on other areas of creator career support as needed — this role will touch a wide range of day-to-day talent management work
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent/creator management, campaign management, or a related field
- Strong project management skills — you can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping details
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable being a point of contact for both creators and brand partners
- Familiarity with the social media creator landscape (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and how brand partnerships work
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while staying closely aligned with leadership
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment
