About The Role
As a Campaign Manager, you'll need to be proactive, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator. You should be able to think creatively and adapt to a fast-paced environment. You must have an eye for detail and be able to think critically to ensure that campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. Additionally, you'll need to have a strong understanding of media sales and sponsorship to work closely with clients to meet their communication needs. Overall, the Campaign Manager role requires a combination of creativity, communication skills, organization, and critical thinking.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Overall Campaign Management
- Manage and build out creator campaigns for brands
- Manage relationships with brands, agencies, and platforms
- Manage relationships with creator agencies
- Develop cost estimates and manage client budgets
- Negotiate deals with creators
- Work with our production team to build out creative opportunities for brands
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and adapt strategies as needed
- Handle unexpected crises or challenges that may arise during the campaign execution
- Provide regular reports on campaigns progress to the stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of digital media and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Speed. Ability to communicate and respond quickly in order to close a deal.
- Demonstrable relationships with media agencies and brands.
- Experience working in an innovative media company.
- Passion for social media, especially for TikTok content creators
- Self-directed and self-motivated, you will have a high amount of autonomy.
- Ambitious with the smarts to back it up.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to balance and maintain budgets.
- Extensive understanding of new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Incredible communication skills, both oral and written.
- Superb teamwork and team management skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace
