Idiotic Media is a fast-growing creator and meme marketing company that helps brands connect with digital audiences through culturally relevant content, creator collaborations, and innovative social media campaigns. We work with leading digital pages, creators, and brands to build high-engagement campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound business inquiries for both in-house and partner digital pages.
• Coordinate with client POCs to understand campaign objectives, budgets, and content requirements.
• Recommend suitable meme marketing and digital campaign solutions based on client needs.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and campaign value.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between clients, creators, and internal teams.
• Track campaign requirements and support successful execution from inquiry to closure.
• Stay updated with meme culture, social media trends, creator ecosystems, and digital marketing developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client management abilities.
• Good understanding of meme marketing, social media platforms, digital content, and online audience behavior.
• Prior experience in meme marketing, digital media, client servicing, business development, or account management is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
• Existing network of digital pages, meme communities, creators, agencies, or industry contacts will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media campaign execution is preferred.
