Business Development Executive

We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably from the influencer marketing / creator economy ecosystem, who already has a strong understanding of the industry and a relevant network.

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Creator Economy or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem, including creators, talent managers, agencies and brands.
• Should have existing relationships / connections with brands, agencies and marketing professionals.
• Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and independently drive leads from prospecting to closure.
• Good understanding of influencer campaigns, creator selection, commercials, campaign deliverables and negotiations.
• Strong communication, pitching and negotiation skills.
• Should be commercially driven, proactive and comfortable working against business targets.
• Preference for candidates who have worked on brand-side sales, influencer marketing sales or creator/talent partnerships.
