About the Role

Support Puff Media’s business operations, finance tracking, project coordination, and internal administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations, research, planning, and special projects
• Track project budgets, expenses, invoices, and payment records
• Organize financial documents and support reconciliation and reporting
• Manage meetings, timelines, deliverables, and internal follow-ups
• Assist leadership with operational planning and company initiatives
• Coordinate information across different teams and projects
  

Requirements

• Background in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and financial recordkeeping
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information
  

Compensation

Intern: Stipend or $18–$20/hour

Coordinator: $20–$30/hour based on experience and performance
