Job Overview

Gushcloud is accelerating its cross-border marketing strategy, exporting Korean brands into the United States (1st) and Southeast Asia (2nd), in response to growing demand from Korean brands seeking a scalable entry into the U.S. market across creator marketing, paid media, licensing, and IP-led brand building.

We are hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team at Gushcloud Korea. This role's core focus is cross-border marketing — primarily influencer-led, but extending to full campaign execution — for Korean brands expanding internationally.

This role supports revenue generation, partnership execution, and day-to-day project delivery for Korean brands expanding internationally, working closely with Korean media buying agencies and brand teams, and helping put Gushcloud's global creator network, IP assets, and data platforms to work to deliver measurable results across the U.S. and other key markets.

Reporting to senior leadership on the Brand Partnerships team, the Manager acts as a day-to-day point of contact for Korean media buying agencies and brand teams, and helps drive international growth by leading influencer-driven, cross-border campaigns end-to-end — from planning through execution, delivery, and reporting — across Gushcloud's global creator network, IP assets, and data platforms.

The role combines account support, project ownership, and cross-functional coordination, with occasional travel and direct involvement in U.S. and global market execution.

A. Revenue & Business Development Support

  • Support revenue generation and pipeline building for Korean brands expanding internationally
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with Korean media buying agency contacts and brand teams
  • Support deal structuring, pricing, and proposal development across: (1) creator-led campaigns, (2) media + creator hybrid programs, (3) licensing and IP-based partnerships
  • Help build and maintain a qualified pipeline tracker with accurate status and forecasts

B. Partnerships & Market Expansion

  • Help position Gushcloud as the preferred international execution partner for Korean agencies and brands
  • Support relationship-building with key Korean buying agencies
  • Contribute to identifying repeatable commercial models (retainers, multi-market rollouts, licensing, hybrid deals)
  • Assist with client and partner introductions that support GCUS market expansion

C. Project Execution & Delivery

  • Own day-to-day execution of cross-border campaigns — primarily influencer-led, but spanning full campaign types as needed — from deal close through delivery and reporting
  • Translate commercial agreements into: (1) clear scopes of work, (2) timelines, budgets, and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creators, ops, finance, legal, media)
  • Ensure delivery is on-time, on-budget, and aligned to client KPIs

D. Commercial Support

  • Support project-level budget tracking and cost control
  • Help maintain margin discipline across engagements
  • Partner with finance on reporting and profitability tracking
  • Flag opportunities to improve deal economics and scalability

E. Cross-Border Collaboration

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact between Korea and international markets (primarily the U.S.)
  • Help educate Korean partners on global creator, media, and consumer dynamics
  • Travel as needed to support key clients and major launches

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in: (1) influencer marketing, (2) digital or integrated marketing agencies, (3) brand partnerships or account management roles
  • Experience supporting agency and brand-direct relationships
  • Exposure to revenue targets or budget tracking preferred

Must-haves:

  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • A strong, hands-on work ethic — someone who works hard and follows through on whatever is needed
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for their work
  • An eager, coachable attitude — genuinely motivated to learn and grow
  • Strong familiarity with influencer marketing and digital media
  • Solid commercial sense: pricing, margin awareness, forecasting basics
  • Hands-on project ownership experience across multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, ambiguous environment

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working with U.S. or global markets
  • Exposure to the creator economy, influencer marketing, or IP/licensing models
  • Existing relationships with Korean media buying agencies
  • Experience in cross-border or regional roles (APAC / global)
