The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven and commercially savvy professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strong brand partnerships, and drive revenue growth. If you enjoy pitching ideas, building client relationships, negotiating deals, and converting leads into long-term partnerships, we’d love to connect with you!

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and acquire new clients across relevant brands and industries through strategic outreach, networking, and market research.
• Build and nurture relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and key decision-makers.
• Pitch influencer marketing solutions, creative campaigns, and other agency offerings to prospective clients.
• Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial pitches tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of client requirements.
• Own the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, negotiate commercials, and convert opportunities into business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while identifying opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to strengthen the agency’s market presence.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, sales, or client acquisition.
• Prior experience in an influencer marketing agency, digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or creative services company is highly preferred.
• A proven ability to generate leads, pitch services, negotiate deals, and close business.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, brand campaigns, and digital marketing solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A target-driven mindset with strong ownership and the ability to work independently.
