Brand Operations & Content Strategy Manager
Brand Operations & Content Strategy Manager
We're looking for a Brand Operations & Content Strategy Manager to support the daily operations, content planning, brand administration, and growth of a fast-paced lifestyle brand. This person will serve as a central operational partner across brand partnerships, content planning, affiliate opportunities, community initiatives, and internal systems — someone who doesn't simply maintain existing processes, but actively identifies opportunities, uncovers inefficiencies, recommends improvements, and helps turn ideas into organized execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys wearing several connected hats, and is comfortable making thoughtful recommendations without waiting for step-by-step direction.
Non-Negotiables
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions with limited day-to-day direction
- Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once
- Comfortable reviewing performance data and using it to guide recommendations
- Strong online research and product-sourcing skills
- Adaptable in a fast-changing environment where priorities may shift
- Regular work schedule with weekend work/availability required
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in brand operations, content strategy, influencer marketing, digital media, affiliate commerce, social media, project management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of creator-led businesses and digital content
- Experience with tools such as Trello, Google Workspace, Canva, email marketing platforms, and/or affiliate platforms preferred
- Familiarity with fashion, home, lifestyle, retail promotions, and social commerce strongly preferred
Key Expectations for Success
On an ongoing basis, this person will be expected to:
- Deliver a weekly opportunity and priority report
- Surface new arrival, promotion, and sourcing recommendations
- Flag partnership risks or execution concerns before they become problems
- Identify calendar conflicts and preparation needs in advance
- Bring at least one thoughtful process-improvement recommendation each month
- Contribute data-informed ideas that strengthen revenue, content performance, or community engagement
- Provide clear, actionable solutions whenever a problem is escalated
The ideal candidate is proactive and naturally curious, organized without needing rigid structure, resourceful and solutions-oriented, and energized by building and improving systems. They take ownership from idea through completion and are comfortable working closely with a founder and a small team.
Schedule
This is a full-time position that follows a regular work schedule, with weekend work/availability required.
Compensation
$60,000–$74,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
