Associate Talent Manager - Canada

The Opportunity

Shine Talent Group is looking for Associate Talent Managers to grow the team. Hiring is remote, but the applicant must be based in the Canadian market. This individual will manage, negotiate and secure brand partnerships for exclusive lifestyle influencers and grow Shine's North American network of agencies and brands.

What you would be doing

• Schedule talent bi-weekly calls, prepare meeting agendas and notes, and keep talent materials and reports up to date
• Update campaign status, handle communication with talent and clients, review content against campaign briefs, and submit content and insights to clients
• Support the talent manager in casting for the roster, onboarding trial talent, and pitching to brands

We would be impressed if you

• Have experience with influencer relations and/or campaign management
• Have 1 year of agency experience
• Have completed an internship in the influencer relations industry

Compensation

• Salary: 47,250 USD
• Work from home and cellphone allowance, health care benefits, bonus eligibility, 10 days vacation plus 4 PTO and 2 wellness days, retention bonus

Fully remote, must be based in the Canadian market.
