Vie Model + Talent Agency is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Assistant Agent to support our team with the day-to-day management and submission of talent for commercial, print, fashion, and entertainment opportunities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the modeling and talent industry. The role will initially focus heavily on talent submissions and creating client packages, while providing exposure to the broader responsibilities of an agent. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and has the potential to grow into a larger role within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Submit models and talent for projects, castings, and client opportunities
- Review casting notices and identify appropriate talent for submission
- Create and curate talent packages, decks, and client-facing materials
- Assist the agent with day-to-day talent and booking needs
- Maintain accurate talent profiles, portfolios, measurements, availability, and other materials
- Help organize and track submissions, castings, callbacks, and bookings
- Communicate with talent regarding castings, materials, availability, and project details
- Assist with scouting and onboarding new talent as needed
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the agency
- Take on additional responsibilities as experience and knowledge of the business grow
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, organized, resourceful, and genuinely interested in the business of talent representation. You should have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. While this position begins as a support role, there is significant opportunity for the right person to take on additional responsibilities, develop client and talent relationships, and potentially grow into an agent-level position.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong visual eye and ability to create polished, client-facing packages
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Comfortable learning new platforms and technology
- Experience in modeling, talent, casting, fashion, advertising, or entertainment is a plus
- Familiarity with industry submission platforms is a plus, but not required
This isn't intended to be a traditional administrative assistant position. We're looking for someone interested in learning the agency business, taking on increasing responsibility, and building a career within the company.
This is a full-time position paying $16/hour and is fully remote. Candidate should be located in the Mid-Atlantic area.
