Position : Assistant Client Servicing Executive

Location : Tinkune, Kathmandu



Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Client Servicing team in managing day-to-day communication and coordination with clients.
• Understand client requirements and support the team in planning and executing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as strategy, creative, influencer management, and operations to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Follow up with relevant teams and influencers to ensure deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, campaign briefs, reports, and other required documents.
• Maintain regular updates on campaign progress, deliverables, timelines, and client requirements.
• Support the team in monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic reports and insights.
• Ensure campaign deliverables are properly reviewed and aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Assist in handling client queries and ensure concerns are communicated to the appropriate team members for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation of client communication, campaign details, deliverables, and reports.
• Participate in client meetings, internal discussions, and campaign brainstorming sessions when required.
• Support the team in identifying opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and contribute to account growth.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with minimal supervision.
• Stay updated on digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and emerging industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least one years of experience in client servicing, marketing, advertising, media, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with good communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and presentation tools.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Previous experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or advertising will be an added advantage.
