Creator/Artist Onboarding Executive

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

We’re looking for a proactive Creator/Artist Onboarding Executive with prior experience in artist/creator onboarding. Candidates who have worked with travel creators or influencers will be preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in artist/creator onboarding
• Strong understanding of the creator and influencer ecosystem
• Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify and onboard relevant, high-potential creators/talent
• Good knowledge of brands, categories, and influencer-brand collaborations
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with creators
• Proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and meet onboarding targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential artists, influencers, and content creators
• Manage the complete creator onboarding process, from initial outreach to onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
• Research and identify emerging/high-potential talent across relevant categories
• Understand creator profiles and match them with suitable brand collaboration opportunities
• Maintain an updated database of creators and their relevant information
• Track onboarding progress and achieve monthly targets
