Arabic Influencer Operations Executive

Key requirements and responsibilities:

• Arabic-speaking is essential, with strong professional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Previous experience dealing directly with influencers/KOLs is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills, as this person will be in constant contact with creators and talent.
• Extremely responsive, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of communication and follow-ups.
• Responsible for coordinating with influencers across campaign requirements, confirmations, schedules, documentation, content-related follow-ups, and any administrative requirements.
• The role will involve supporting KOLs coming from abroad, so they need to be welcoming, professional and comfortable handling talent with a high level of care and responsiveness throughout their experience.
• Comfortable handling last-minute requests, changes and urgent communication where required.
• Able to build strong relationships with creators while still being firm and clear on deadlines and campaign requirements.
• Experience working with government clients would be a strong advantage.
• Experience within the tourism, airlines, hospitality or destination-marketing sector would also be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail when handling creator information, documentation, schedules and campaign trackers.
• Comfortable coordinating internally with the campaign team as well as directly with the client when required.
• Willing and able to commute to the client’s office twice per week.
• Dubai/UAE-based with availability to join as soon as possible.
