Role - AI Systems and Founder's Office Associate

Location - Delhi

Experience - 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate repetitive and operational tasks using AI and no-code tools.
• Manage Founder’s Office operations including scheduling, follow-ups, travel coordination, and task tracking.
• Generate meeting minutes, summaries, dashboards, and presentations using AI tools.
• Build workflows, SOPs, trackers, and productivity systems.
• Research and implement new AI tools to improve business efficiency. 

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and workflows in real-world business environments.

• Strong understanding of the modern AI ecosystem, including:
• LLMs & AI Assistants ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity
• AI Coding & Development Tools Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Replit AI
• Automation & Workflow Platforms Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools
• Knowledge Management & Productivity Systems Notion AI, Airtable, Obsidian, and related platforms
• Creative, Design & Presentation Tools Gamma, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, Figma AI

• Expertise in prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and output optimization.

• Ability to integrate multiple AI tools into scalable workflows that drive:

Higher-quality content and deliverables

Improved organization and knowledge management

Enhanced productivity and operational efficiency

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and execution skills.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable exploring emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Preferred Background

• 1+ years of experience in Founder’s Office, Operations, Business Excellence, Automation, or AI-driven roles. Startup or digital-first company experience preferred.
