AI Data Partnership Executive

Purpose of the Job 

The Vendor & Partner Relations Manager is responsible for building, managing, and expanding Trainjust offline and on-ground partner ecosystem.

The role focuses on crowd sourcing, vendor sourcing, partner scouting, coordination, and network expansion across India and global geographies (EU, US, APAC, etc.), along with MoU sign-up and partner governance, to support large-scale, data collection, and linguistic service delivery. 

This position plays a critical role in strengthening delivery capacity through relationship-driven engagement, ensuring partner compliance, operational readiness, scalability, and long-term collaboration aligned with trainjust project delivery, security, and quality requirements.  

Key Responsibilities

• Crowd Sourcing & Vendor Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard crowd-based delivery partners, annotation vendors, linguistic service providers, and regional delivery partners to meet large-scale and multilingual project demands. 
• Partner Scouting & Network Expansion: Build and expand trainjust partner ecosystem across Pan India and international geographies (EU, US, APAC, RoW) through offline engagement, field visits, and rela onship-based outreach. 
• Vendor Communication & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partners and vendors. Maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication, governance reviews, and on-ground coordina on. 
• MoU & Partner Agreement Management: Manage the complete MoU lifecycle including partner negotiations, commercial alignment, coordination with legal and finance teams, execution, renewals, amendments, and documentation control. 
• Partner Coordination & Operational Readiness: Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, PMO, Quality, InfoSec, Finance) to ensure partner onboarding readiness, training alignment, compliance adherence, and delivery ramp-up.
• Compliance, Quality & Performance Oversight: Ensure partners adhere to quality benchmarks, data security norms, SLAs, and contractual obligations. Track partner performance, capacity utilization, and delivery metrics. 
• Community & Ecosystem Engagement (Offline): Engage with local communities, institutions, and vendor clusters to build sustainable sourcing pipelines. Represent Trainjust in offline partner meetings, discussions, and ecosystem forums. 
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Maintain accurate partner records, sourcing pipelines, MoUs, compliance documents, and performance dashboards to support audits and scalable operations. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related discipline 
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in vendor management, partner sourcing, crowd operations, or ecosystem development 
• Strong understanding of MoUs, SLAs, compliance, and commercial frameworks 
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
• High willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required 

Required Experience 

• Proven experience in crowd sourcing, vendor sourcing, or partner ecosystem development
• Experience in AI services, IT/ITES, BPO/KPO, platform-based or gig workforce models preferred
• Exposure to managing multi-geo partners (India, EU, US, APAC) 
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams for large-scale project delivery
• Hands-on experience in partner onboarding, audits, and governance processes
