Agency Partnership Manager

Job Description:

• Managing the exclusive talent roster and forging partnerships with various agencies.
• Understanding the unique selling points (USPs) of each creator under our management.
• Developing tailored strategies based on the clientele of each agency and our exclusive talent roster.
• Responsible for maximizing the overall revenue generated by our talent roster.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and brands.
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users.
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in email communication, Excel, PPT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media / Marketing.
• Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized with great time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• 3+ years of experience.
