Affiliate & UGC Community Coordinator
Location: LA (must be able to come into DTLA office 5 days a week)
Job Type: Full time (in office)
Compensation: $65-80k/year + benefits + equity
About usMagnify Global is a Los Angeles brand-growth house. We grow a brand's presence, distribution, and demand through three engines: marketplace and D2C management (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify), B2B distribution, and an in-house content studio. We are launching international beauty and fragrance brands in the US, and TikTok Shop is at the center of it.
We are looking for a highly organized, personable, and proactive Affiliate & Community Coordinator to own the day-to-day of our affiliate, creator, and ambassador programs across the brands we manage.
You will work directly with the founder to turn a scattered roster of affiliates and UGC creators into a real community — one that posts without being asked, converts, and feeds each brand's TikTok Shop, Amazon, and organic social with content we didn't have to produce ourselves.
This is not a traditional influencer role focused only on gifting. You will recruit and onboard creators, set the commission and incentive mechanics, run seeding and logistics, track performance across platforms and brands, and route the best content into ads and organic with usage rights sorted before we need them.
The ideal person is an excellent executor: someone creators know by name, who can take a program that works for one brand and run it across several.
What you will doThe affiliate program
- Own the day-to-day of each brand's affiliate and creator programs, starting with TikTok Shop. Onboarding, storefronts, links, codes, commission and product info kept accurate.
- Recruit new affiliates and creators, and get them from "interested" to "posting" as fast as possible.
- Set and evolve the mechanics: commission structure, tiers, bonuses, samples, and incentives that move behavior without torching margin.
- Track performance across platforms and brands — clicks, conversions, GMV, AOV, top performers — and report on it in a way the team and the brand can act on.
- Spot the creators who are quietly outperforming and escalate them into bigger partnerships, paid usage, live hosting, or ambassador status.
- Work with outside creator and live-commerce agencies when we bring them in for big events, and keep the core program in-house.
The community
- Own the Magnify creator and ambassador community end to end: welcoming new members, answering questions, keeping people active and informed.
- Build a real rhythm of touchpoints — challenges, prompts, product drops, shout-outs, early access, live events — so posting feels like belonging, not homework.
- Be the friendly, on-brand, unmistakably human point of contact. Creators should feel like they have a person at Magnify, because they do.
- Celebrate top members publicly and surface standout creators to the brands we manage and to our studio team.
Seeding and logistics
- Run product seeding and gifting out of our warehouse: sample inventory, shipments, and a clean record of who got what, when, and what they did with it.
- Keep briefs, assets, links, and guidelines organized by brand so creators can find what they need without asking twice.
- Tie seeding to outcomes — posts, GMV, and content we can reuse — and cut what isn't working.
- Get usage rights and whitelisting sorted up front so the best creator content can go straight into TikTok Shop ads, Amazon, and the brand's channels.
- Each brand's affiliate program is organized, active, and growing — new creators are onboarded smoothly and top performers are spotted early.
- The community is alive: members posting unprompted, applying to join, and proud to be associated with the brands.
- Creator partnerships run on time and on-brand, with nothing slipping through the cracks.
- TikTok Shop, Amazon, and organic social are never short on creator content.
- Brands see affiliate-driven GMV climb month over month and can read exactly where it came from.
- You're a trusted contributor who makes the team better — and grows into more ownership as we add brands.
- 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, influencer, social media, or brand marketing, or a similar coordination-heavy role.
- Relentlessly organized. Trackers stay current without anyone asking, and you notice what's missing before it becomes a problem.
- A clear, fast, human writer — your creator emails and DMs read like a person, not a template.
- Comfortable juggling more than one brand at a time without mixing up briefs, codes, or voices.
- Experience managing inbound inquiry queues and knowing how to triage, qualify, and route.
- Comfortable with numbers: you can pull performance, spot the pattern, and say what we should do about it.
- Bonus (not required): hands-on experience with TikTok Shop affiliates, TikTok LIVE, Amazon Influencer, ShopMy, LTK, or running an affiliate or ambassador program. A real interest in beauty and fragrance is a plus.
