Affiliate Marketing Manager (W2/Onsite/ California)

Role: Affiliate Marketing Manager

Work Location: 2901 Harbor Bay Parkway Alameda, CA

Days/Hours: Mon – Friday Mon-Fri 9-5:00

Selected Candidate will start ASAP after screenings have cleared.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience leading partnership/affiliate marketing programs

• Prior experience with Impact.com/Rakuten/Commission Junction platform required

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in utilizing Impact and CJ for affiliate network management and knowledge of managed networks.

• Proven experience onboarding and managing partnerships

• Proven track record of building a business and operating in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to clearly articulate strategy and then execute.

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset, a focus on possibilities and not obstacles.

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
