About Studio Two

Studio Two is one of the fastest-growing affiliate marketing agencies in the UK, working with some of the most recognisable names in retail, travel and publishing.

We don't run programmes the way most agencies do. Cashback and vouchers are the easy bit. Our growth comes from editorial: the buying guides, gift guides and competitor listings that shape what people actually buy. It also comes from reclaiming what's already out there, the coverage running without a link or the articles sending readers to Amazon when they could be linking straight to the brand

We move fast, we're still scaling, and there's a lot here you won't have done anywhere else.

The Role

You'll own a portfolio of affiliate programmes end to end: running them on-network, managing commercial terms and publisher relationships, and growing tracked affiliate revenue against agreed targets.

It's hands-on. You'll be in the network platforms and in the numbers every week, working alongside our affiliate leads and link builders. If you've been stuck maintaining a programme rather than growing one, this is the opposite of that.

You'll work closely with the Account Manager, who owns client communication, reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews. They handle the client relationship so you can concentrate on the programmes.

What you'll do

Run the programmes

  • Manage a portfolio of affiliate programmes day to day across networks such as Awin, Impact, CJ, Rakuten and Partnerize
  • Own commission structures, programme terms, tracking, validations and payment cycles
  • Recruit, onboard and activate new publishers onto your programmes, and grow the ones already there
  • Keep creative, product feeds and deep links accurate and working
  • Police programme compliance: brand bidding, voucher code misuse, partner quality and brand safety

Grow the revenue

  • Build a growth plan for each programme and deliver against agreed revenue targets
  • Spot underperformance early, work out why, and fix it before it becomes a problem
  • Balance growth with commission efficiency, so the revenue is profitable and not just big
  • Benchmark competitor programmes and commission rates so your clients are never the least attractive option in their category
  • Supply the performance analysis and commentary behind monthly reports and Quarterly Business Reviews, telling the story behind the numbers

Work with the team

  • Work day to day with the Account Manager, keeping them briefed on performance, risks and what needs raising with the client
  • Brief and work alongside affiliate leads and affiliate link builders
  • Keep ClickUp accurate so the wider team has full visibility of your accounts
  • Join client calls alongside the Account Manager to speak to programme performance and your recommendations
  • Turn your best results into case studies and industry award entries

What you'll bring

  • Two or more years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, agency-side or in-house
  • Working knowledge of at least one major affiliate network platform, and the confidence to pick up others quickly
  • Experience building and managing publisher or partner relationships
  • Comfort with numbers: you can build a report in Sheets or Excel and explain what it means commercially
  • Clear, persuasive writing, whether that's a publisher email or a client report
  • The self-direction to run your own portfolio and set your own priorities without being chased

Behaviours we're looking for

  • Move without being asked. This is the big one for us. You bring the idea, flag the problem and start the conversation rather than waiting for a brief, a nudge or a weekly call to prompt you.
  • Chase the opportunity. You spot where money is being left on the table and go after it.
  • Get into the detail. Tracking, terms and data accuracy matter to you, because that's where programmes are won or lost.
  • Own your programmes. These are your accounts. You know their numbers, their risks and their next move.
  • Build real relationships. Publishers take your calls because you're useful to them, not just because you're pitching.
