Affiliate Marketing Manager
Asobu is hiring a full-time TikTok LIVE & Affiliate Marketing Manager to work in person at our Montreal headquarters. This person will manage our daily TikTok LIVE operation by recruiting, auditioning, training and scheduling hosts; ensuring every shift is covered; preparing products, offers and scripts; monitoring performance; coaching the team; and arranging replacements when hosts are unavailable. They should also be comfortable occasionally filling in as a LIVE host when needed.
The role also includes recruiting and managing TikTok Shop affiliates, coordinating samples and campaigns, following up with creators and tracking affiliate sales.
We’re looking for someone highly organized, reliable, commercially minded and knowledgeable about TikTok who can manage people, solve problems quickly and improve LIVE and affiliate sales. Experience with TikTok Shop, livestreaming, creator management, affiliate marketing or sales is preferred.
