You will lead the expansion of Tooth Fairy Healthcare Ltd’s affiliate and social commerce presence across the UK. By building a high-performance creator engine on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Shop, you will drive measurable GMV growth. This is a hands-on opportunity to own the channel from the ground up within a fast-scaling healthtech environment.

What You Will Do

• Build and scale affiliate revenue through social commerce channels, focusing specifically on TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop.
• Recruit and manage a network of affiliate creators while overseeing program performance on platforms like Awin and Impact.
• Identify winning content formats and brief creators to develop high-converting assets that drive consistent GMV growth.
