As we continue to scale, we're looking for a detail-oriented Affiliate Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is the foundation of our affiliate account team, ensuring deadlines are met, programs run smoothly, and partner relationships are nurtured every day. It's ideal for someone who's highly organized, follows through on every task, and wants to build a career in affiliate marketing from the ground up.
About the Position:
This is an execution-focused role supporting the day-to-day operations of affiliate programs across leading affiliate networks. You'll help manage program administration, publisher recruitment and outreach, reporting, and partner communications for a portfolio of DTC eCommerce brands, working closely with Account Managers to keep every program running on schedule and without errors.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating the ins and outs of major affiliate networks, including CJ, Impact, Rakuten, Awin, AvantLink, Partnerize, and similar platforms.
While this is a remote role, we strongly prefer candidates located in Southern California who can attend quarterly team off-sites and occasional in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities:

- Support affiliate recruitment efforts across content, editorial, commerce media, loyalty, coupon, cashback, influencer, technology, and emerging partner categories.
- Conduct outreach to identify and recruit new affiliate partners; assist with onboarding and activation.
- Help build and maintain relationships with publishers, editors, affiliate managers, and partnership contacts.
- Support quality and compliance checks on partner activity.
- Coordinate affiliate communications, including partner newsletters and promotional updates.
- Track and follow up on outreach and partnership opportunities.
Reporting & Insights
- Monitor partner and program performance, flagging trends, anomalies, or optimization opportunities for the team.
- Support the team in preparing client-ready reports and performance summaries.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Assist in preparation of agendas, decks, and materials for client and internal meetings.
- Participate in client calls to provide operational updates and support, and document key takeaways.
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, product launches, editorial opportunities, and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay current on affiliate marketing trends, publisher developments, and network updates.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with enterprise affiliate networks such as CJ, Impact, Rakuten, Awin, AvantLink, Partnerize, ShareASale, or similar platforms.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across several client accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, relationship-focused approach.
- Comfortable working with data; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-starter who's proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Agency experience or exposure to client-services environments preferred.
