Role Description The Affiliate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Washington DC–Baltimore Area, responsible for managing and expanding HomeFix’s affiliate and partner network. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting new affiliates, onboarding and training partners, and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and performance reviews. The role involves monitoring affiliate campaign results, optimizing promotions, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring brand consistency across online channels. The Affiliate Manager will analyze data, prepare reports on affiliate performance, and recommend strategies to increase lead generation and revenue.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Management skills, with experience in building, growing, and supporting partner programs.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management and Communication skills to maintain productive affiliate relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and negotiation skills to drive affiliate conversions, secure favorable partnership terms, and meet revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Online Marketing skills, including familiarity with digital campaigns, tracking tools, and performance analytics.
- Relevant qualifications include experience in home improvement or related industries (preferred), proficiency in CRM or affiliate platforms, strong analytical abilities, and a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, detail-oriented project management, and the ability to work on-site and collaborate across departments.
