Neutonic, a fast-growing focus and cognitive performance brand, is hiring an Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager to build and scale our affiliate, creator, ambassador, and UGC programs across the US and UK, with a major focus on the US.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes affiliate and creator marketing. You’ll own the strategy while also executing day to day — recruiting affiliates and creators, building our college ambassador network, managing UGC, supporting retail launches, and tracking what is actually driving results.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage Neutonic’s affiliate and creator network across the US and UK, with a primary focus on the US.
• Grow affiliate revenue through recruitment, incentives, product seeding, and ongoing activation.
• Build long-term relationships with creators, athletes, customers, and communities.
• Identify high-performing affiliates and develop deeper partnerships with them.
• Work with our TikTok Shop team and agencies to grow and activate TikTok affiliates.
• Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC from affiliates and paid creators.
• Personally recruit and brief creators, manage deliverables, and keep content moving.
• Work with Performance Marketing to understand what creative performs and generate more of it.
• Build a strong library of creator content for paid social, organic, DTC, TikTok Shop, and retail.
• Build and grow Neutonic’s US ambassador and college network.
• Recruit ambassadors across priority universities, markets, and communities.
• Activate creators and ambassadors around major retail launches, key markets, and brand moments.
• Work closely with Retail and Marketing to support priority launches and retailers.
• Continually test new ways to improve affiliate activation, content output, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience across affiliate, creator, influencer, ambassador, or community marketing.
• Experience working directly for a high-growth consumer brand, ideally within CPG, wellness, supplements, food & beverage, fitness, or lifestyle.
• Track record of building or materially scaling an affiliate or ambassador program.
• Experience recruiting and managing both performance-based affiliates and paid UGC creators.
• Ideally, experience running a college ambassador or campus marketing program.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and the wider creator ecosystem.
• Experience with affiliate or creator platforms such as Social Snowball, Impact, GRIN, Aspire, Superfiliate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics including revenue, conversion, CAC, and content performance.
• Strong relationship-building skills with creators and partners.
• Ability to move quickly, work independently, and take ownership.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + bonus
