As an Account Manager at AnyMind Group, you will serve as the strategic partner for assigned brand clients across FMCG, EC, and Social Commerce. You will own the full lifecycle of client relationships from proposal and strategy development through execution, performance review, and continuous improvement. A core focus of this role is building and scaling affiliate and creator ecosystems that directly drive GMV and brand growth on TikTok Shop.

What You'll Do

Client Management & Strategy

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationship building.
• Lead the full scope of work from strategy development and proposal through execution, performance review, and PDCA improvement cycles.
• Align business objectives with clients and translate them into actionable affiliate and creator strategies on TikTok Shop. 

Affiliate & Creator Development

• Source, onboard, and manage affiliate creators on TikTok Shop.
• Build long-term partnerships with key creators through contract management, performance coaching, and incentive design.
• Negotiate and align on compensation structures including fees and commission rates, content requirements.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and visualize performance data including GMV, sales, conversion, ROI, and creator efficiency on TikTok Shop.
• Produce clear performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis of basket size, product mix, campaign performance, and margin contribution.

Business Development within Existing Accounts

• Conduct ongoing analysis to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Translate findings into concrete proposals and incorporate them into account growth plans.
• Proactively surface new TikTok Shop features, campaign mechanics, or creator strategies that create additional business value for clients.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Media, Data, and KOL to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Maintain clear documentation and project tracking to ensure accountability across teams.

Team Development & Capability Building

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Affiliate Executives and Associates by providing structured onboarding, regular 1-on-1 coaching, and clear performance feedback.
• Set individual KPIs aligned with team and client objectives, and conduct periodic performance reviews to support each member's professional growth.
• Identify skill gaps within the team and design training programs or improvement plans accordingly.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning within the affiliate team.

Creator Management Framework & SOP Development

• Design and continuously improve the operational framework for TikTok Shop creator management, including recruitment workflows, onboarding processes, performance tracking systems, and retention programs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for key affiliate operations such as briefing, content review, commission management, and payment processing.
• Build scalable tools and templates that enable the team to manage a large creator portfolio efficiently and consistently across multiple clients.

Creator & Industry Engagement

• Represent AnyMind at TikTok creator events, affiliate summits, and industry activations to expand the creator network and strengthen brand presence.
• Drive post-event relationship building and creator conversion.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of account management experience in an agency, marketing, or digital industry.
• Hands-on experience in affiliate or creator management.
• Proven ability to analyze creator performance data and produce actionable reports for clients.
• Experience negotiating with creators on compensation, content conditions, and payment processes.
• Strong client communication and negotiation skills. Project management capability with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Business-level English for internal and external communication; Thai as required.
