Ads Specialist

About The Role

We’re looking for an AI Ads Specialist who lives and breathes performance creatives. This role is not about editing—it’s about generating high-converting ad concepts at scale using AI. If you understand what makes people stop scrolling, click, and convert, and can use AI to produce that consistently, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Generate scroll-stopping ad creatives (hooks, scripts, visuals, concepts) using AI tools
• Rapidly produce multiple creative variations for testing (volume + speed is key)
• Translate marketing angles into compelling, story-driven ad concepts
• Collaborate with editors and media buyers to align creatives with performance goals
• Iterate based on performance data (CTR, hook rate, conversions, etc.)
• Continuously test new formats, angles, and AI workflows to improve output
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Deep hands-on experience with AI tools for content and ad generation (video, image, script)
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and what drives conversions
• Ability to think in hooks, angles, and narratives—not just visuals
• Fast executor who can produce high-volume outputs without sacrificing quality
• Data-driven and comfortable iterating based on performance metrics
• Highly proactive and thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  
  

Bonus Points

• Experience with TikTok, Meta, or YouTube ad creatives
• Familiarity with UGC-style ads and storytelling formats
• Background in performance marketing or working with ad agencies
