- Is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple accounts at once.
- Enjoys behind-the-scenes work and understands that strong admin and execution are the backbone of great campaigns.
- Takes pride in being reliable, responsive, and thorough—no detail is too small.
- Is eager to learn from Account Executives and grow into greater responsibility over time.
The Role:
The Account Manager supports the execution of influencer programming across Beach House’s beauty and wellness clients. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and foundational, working closely with Senior Account Managers and Director.
Responsibilities include:
- Support influencer strategies across multiple client accounts under the guidance of Director.
- Build, vet, and maintain influencer lists, ensuring creators align with brand values, audience, and campaign goals.
- Conduct influencer research across platforms, identifying emerging talent and tracking industry trends.
- Lead organic and paid influencer campaigns, including tracking outreach, responses, contracts, and deliverables.
- Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and reporting documents to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support campaign logistics such as product seeding lists, shipping coordination, contract organization, and content tracking.
- Help monitor campaign performance and compile results for internal and client-facing reports.
- Assist with influencer onboarding and database management.
- Support events and activations as needed, including RSVP tracking, gifting coordination, and on-site assistance.
- Act as a reliable point of support between influencers and the internal team, escalating issues when needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or a related field (agency experience preferred).
- Strong interest in beauty, wellness, and influencer culture.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable managing spreadsheets, trackers, and databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take direction, ask thoughtful questions, and implement feedback quickly.
- Experience with influencer tools and platforms is a plus (but not required).
- A collaborative team player who’s eager to learn and grow within an agency environment.
