As a YouTube-certified organization, the company specializes in building and managing branded YouTube channels. TalentMedia focuses on helping clients grow brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty through professional, data-informed content. Team members collaborate closely with brands and creators across diverse industries, offering a dynamic environment for marketing and account management professionals.

TalentMedia is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Manager who knows how to turn a client brief into a campaign people actually notice.

You’ll work with leading local and international brands, agencies, and creators across influencer marketing, social media campaigns, content production, and events.

This role sits at the centre of every project: managing client relationships, building smart proposals, coordinating creators and internal teams, keeping timelines tight, and making sure the work delivers—not just looks good in a presentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management, client service, or project management within marketing, advertising, or digital media.
• Strong skills in campaign coordination, timeline management, and budget tracking, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms (especially YouTube), and digital content trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and creators.
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance data and metrics to evaluate campaigns and propose improvements.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Sofia, with the ability to collaborate effectively in person and remotely.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
