Account Executive - US Media Sales
Fixated is building the operating infrastructure of the creator economy.
Most of this industry runs on deal-making — a brand deal gets brokered, a campaign gets delivered, and the work starts over the next morning. We took the opposite position: services commoditize, infrastructure compounds.
That runs through two engines. Talent — we represent and operate businesses for some of the most influential creators on the internet, and LiveLoveServe, and sit at the center of one of the largest creator networks in the world. CBM — our brand-side business, built on distribution and audience we own rather than rent, pairing content production with owned-channel reach and paid media.
This is a quota-carrying seat on our US media sales team. You'll own a named account list across agencies and brand-direct, and you'll sell the full Fixated product set — creator partnerships and branded content, owned-channel distribution and organic amplification, and paid media, often combined into a single program. Our strongest campaigns start with organic content that proves what's working before media dollars get committed, then scale it through inventory we control. That's a genuinely different pitch than the one your buyers hear all day, and it's the reason this job is more interesting than most AE roles in this market.
You'll come in with relationships and you'll be expected to use them from week one. You'll also be expected to build new ones — cold prospecting is part of the job, not a phase you graduate out of.
Revenue
- Carry and hit an individual quota against a named account list
- Prospect, set your own meetings, pitch, negotiate, and close
- Build multi-threaded relationships across agency planning, investment, and strategy teams, and with brand-direct marketing leads
- Grow existing accounts — renewals, upsells, and expanding from a single campaign into an always-on relationship
- Negotiate terms and rates with minimal oversight
Proposals and positioning
- Learn our creator network, owned distribution, and content capabilities well enough to build custom media plans rather than pushing a standard package
- Partner with marketing, planning, and ad ops to turn a brief into a proposal that's both compelling and deliverable
- Bring real strategic recommendations to clients, not just availability
Discipline
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM hygiene — this is table stakes, not administrative overhead
- Forecast honestly. A smaller number we can plan against beats a bigger one we can't
- Stay close to campaigns after the close; work with internal teams so execution is clean and the client comes back
- Bring market intelligence back inside — what's being bought, how it's being priced, and why we win or lose

- Strong written and verbal communication; you'll be presenting to rooms of buyers
Strongly preferred
- Category depth in CPG, QSR, beauty and fashion, auto, gaming, entertainment, tech, or sports betting
