Hepmil Thailand is looking for a Account Director to grow the business in Thailand with local advertisers and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaign budgeting, proposal estimating and agency profitability
• Develop creators and marketing solutions and new business opportunities for our TikTok products to the advertisers
• Understand the client’s business and their marketing needs
• Manage accounts by ensuring advertisers’ objectives, budget, and timelines are met
• Oversee creative development and content production and ensure smooth delivery of deliverables
• Manage key relationships with our clients, agency partner, and social platforms
• Create the proposals of the potential campaigns by working closely with our internal creators partnership department in landing the creators’ content & proposal that meet advertisers' objectives and Hepmil Thailand commercial’s goals
• Serve as the primary PIC with the creators by awarding scope of works, briefing, and ensuring the creation of creators’ proposals and their content quality meeting the industry, community, and commercial standard & expectations
• Facilitate the communication between social platforms, advertisers, and our internal departments to ensure seamless outcomes
• Work with creators, studio producers and creators management teams to deliver on time, and on budget
• Grow & lead a team of Account Executives
• Maintain rapport with external partners and key accounts to scale business growth on behalf of the company
• Work with the regional team and cross-functional teams in achieving OKRs and deliverables
• Ensue that day-to-day operational requirements are smooth and glitch-free.

Requirements

• At least 6-8 years of experience in Account Management and/or Project Management within media, advertising or digital agencies in Thailand
• A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by demonstrating sound critical thinking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Well organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, business-judgment skills and comfortable with client facing role
• Avid consumer of content creators’ work and passionate about redefining branded content possibilities.
• Understanding and interest in advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media especially TikTok
• Able to manage tight deadlines with strong project management skills
• An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs or Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
