New York-based e-commerce firm Front Row Group has acquired Socium Media, a performance marketing and digital growth agency. The acquisition expands Front Row’s capabilities across brand strategy, performance marketing, and Amazon marketplace execution.

Socium will merge into Front Row’s integrated agency business, led by EVP and Managing Director Katie Martin. The agency will initially operate as “Socium, Powered by Front Row,” with full brand integration planned for later in 2026.

“Connected commerce is about ensuring strategy, creativity, and performance are not operating in silos,” Martin said in a press release. “By bringing Socium into Front Row, we’re strengthening our ability to help brands grow with a unified approach.”

Sam Sherman and Owen Loft founded Socium, which brings expertise across paid search and shopping, paid social, SEO, and GEO. The agency has worked with brands including Auberge, VINCE, Canopy, Magic Spoon, and OSEA across travel, wellness, and lifestyle categories.

The combined organization will deliver services spanning Front Row’s marketplace leadership, retail media expertise, brand strategy, and creative campaign development alongside Socium’s performance marketing capabilities across paid media, influencer, social, and retention. 

Front Row specializes in e-commerce growth and Amazon marketplace management for beauty, health, wellness, and CPG brands. The company’s clients include OUAI, Essity, Wella, and Tatcha.
